Roles and  Responsibilities

· Responsible for develop marketing strategies.

· Responsible for generating new sales leads through mails / marketing / tele calling etc.

· Follow up collected leads

· Analyze client's Requirements.

·  Coordinate with clients and give software demos as per schedule.

·  Prepare Price Quotation.

· Attend price Negotiation meeting with client.

· Analyzing Hardware configuration.

· Implement software, as per client requirement.

·  Providing software training to clients.

·  Payment follow up and collection from client.

· Act as a single point of contact for all sales and support calls.

·  Resolve software technical issues.

· Analyze new requirements and coordinate with the project manager and technical /software development team to give a solution to the client.

· Research on rival other products.

·  Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.

·  Maintaining client relations.

· Liaison with digital marketing team to prepare necessary newsletter and digital marketing materials.

Technical competencies

· Good knowledge about software, hardware and operating systems.

· Install and configure other hardware like Printer/weighing machine/Customer display.

· Identifying and resolving network issues.
