Roles and Responsibilities

Travel Requirements & Visa Processing

 

· Responsible for COE & Visa processing of employees.

· Responsible for all the travel requirements for Indocosmo and its sister concerns.

· Liaison with Consulate regarding travel updates and change in policies

 

Facility Management & Office Functioning

 

· Accountable for Office key management

· Responsible for the office opening and closing procedure

· Responsible for all telecommunication activities related to Indocosmo and its sister concerns

· Responsible for  processing various office purchases

· Accountable for asset management and periodic maintenance of the same.

· Maintaining asset register and checking the same periodically.

 

Statutory Compliance

 

· Responsible for all statutory compliance activities pertaining to Indocosmo and its sister concerns.

· Responsible for liaison with all the government bodies and officials.

 

ISO & ISMS Implementation

 

· ISO & ISMS Audit SPOC for implementation, periodic review and renewal of organization ISO and ISMS certification.

 

Personal Management

 

· Responsible for personal management of CEO & Vice-president of the company

 

HR , Training & Employee Welfare

 

· Responsible for Employee & other asset Insurance handling for Indocosmo and its sister concerns.

· Coordinating and scheduling all the Training activities includes Japanese training & TITP training for Indocosmo.

· Responsible for employee health and safety.

· Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees

· Responsible for monitoring AMS and Open Project and communicate with employees regarding discrepancies

· Responsible for agreement execution for employees.

· Initiate Employee Engagement Activities.

· Assist management in developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.

·  Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

·  Act as the point of contact for employee’s grievances.

· Plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.

· Continually educate employees on company policies (including work timings, appropriate dress, Mobile & Internet usage etc.) and keep employee handbook current.

·  Monitor employee activities and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.

· Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.

·  Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.

· Follow up on training cost recovery for employees who leave without notice period.

· Responsible for various agreement executions.
